How long does the campaign take from start to booked jobs? +

Production typically takes 10–14 days from a signed story brief. Once the campaign launches, most clients see first bookings within 7–14 days of the initial send. The full campaign window runs 30 days, after which attribution closes and results are reported. From kickoff to final report: approximately 45–60 days.

How big does my list need to be? +

The minimum is 500 reachable records, valid email or mobile phone for contacts from your own business. Below that, the performance math doesn't reliably cover production cost. The sweet spot is 1,000+ records. If you're not sure how many you have, the application will walk you through counting them.

What if my list is 2–3 years old? +

A 2–3 year-old list is workable but requires a stronger offer and messaging that acknowledges the time gap. Contacts from 4+ years ago are harder to reactivate and can hurt deliverability. The qualification scorecard scores list recency, if your list is aged, you'll know exactly what that means for your tier before we have a conversation.

How is attribution tracked, how do we know which jobs came from the campaign? +

Attribution is defined in writing before the campaign launches. A "reactivated job" is a booked, paid job from a contact on the campaign list, booked within the defined campaign window, where first contact was initiated by our campaign. You confirm bookings against the list. We don't rely on pixel tracking alone, the agreement defines it plainly before we start.

What do I need to have ready before the campaign starts? +

Three things: (1) your contact database exported in a clean format with names, emails, and/or mobile numbers; (2) a real offer, a specific promotion or time-limited reason-why that gives cold contacts a reason to respond now; (3) a booking method, whether that's a phone number, online scheduler, or a simple reply-to-book flow. We handle everything else.

What if I'm not currently on Kinjo? +

The campaign is built on Kinjo's infrastructure as the delivery rail for distribution, tracking, and the landing page. If you're not yet on Kinjo, we can onboard you as part of the campaign setup, it doesn't delay the timeline. Being an existing Kinjo user scores higher on the readiness assessment, but it isn't a hard gate.

Who writes the emails and builds the landing page? +

We do, that's the "done for you" part of the offer. Our team writes every email, SMS message, and landing page using the story brief you approve in Phase 1. You review everything before it goes live. You don't write a single word unless you want to. The video script is the one exception, you record it on your phone, but we script it and tell you exactly what to say and how to film it.

What happens if the campaign doesn't produce results? +

If the campaign doesn't produce at least enough attributed revenue to cover the build cost, we run a second campaign at no additional charge. The attribution rules that define "didn't produce results" are agreed in writing before we start. We've never had to invoke this on a list that passed all five hard gates at qualification.

Is there a contract? What are the terms? +

Yes. Every campaign runs on a written agreement that covers the campaign scope, attribution definition, re-run guarantee trigger, and data handling. It's straightforward. You'll see the full terms before signing anything. There is no long-term lock-in for Stage 1, it is a single campaign with defined start and end dates.

What does the application process look like? +
