Kinjo Pro · The Reactivation Engine
A done-for-you campaign that turns your dormant lead list into booked, paying jobs, without a dollar of new ad spend.

The Promise
Revenue from leads you already own, paid on results we produce together.
A complete done-for-you campaign (emails, SMS, landing page, video, and ad creative) built and launched against your dormant contact database.
Every other lead gen offer sells you new traffic. This one monetizes the list you already paid to build, turning a buried asset into booked jobs at zero acquisition cost.
The cheapest revenue in your business comes from a customer who already knows you. The Reactivation Engine exists to capture that revenue before your window closes.
The Real Problem
Hundreds of leads that cost real money to acquire (old quotes, past customers, website inquiries) doing absolutely nothing for you right now.
You tried a few times when they went cold. It didn't land. So you moved on, even though they already raised their hand once and said yes to a conversation.
You don't have the runway to run a full paid campaign right now. But the pipeline isn't where it needs to be and jobs aren't landing consistently.
You have the crew, the equipment, the availability, but can't fill the schedule. The bottleneck is leads, not labor. The asset sits idle.
Contacts change numbers. Hire competitors. Forget your name. The window where reactivation is easy closes every month you don't act on it.
You've tried a post, an email blast, asking for referrals. Nothing built a repeatable system. You need something that actually runs, not another task on your plate.
"The asset is already there. It just needs the right engine to wake it up."
That's exactly what we built. A done-for-you system that runs a complete reactivation campaign against your existing list (using a proven five-phase process) and delivers booked jobs as the output.
Is This Right For You?
The Reactivation Engine is designed for a specific contractor. Read both columns before you apply.
Not sure? Apply anyway. The scorecard tells you exactly where you stand.
The Process
Every campaign runs through the same five gates. Nothing launches until each phase is locked and approved. That's what makes results predictable.
Before a word is written, we document who we're reactivating, the offer, why they should act now, and exactly how your brand sounds. Nothing moves without a signed brief.
Every email, SMS sequence, landing page, and graphic is named, scoped, owned, and scheduled before production begins. No surprises, no scope creep.
We build the full campaign (email sequences, SMS flows, landing page, offer graphics, video script) done for you by our team using the Playbook's mini-playbook system.
Every artifact is reviewed against the story brief before launch. Copy, links, and attribution tracking are tested end-to-end. If it doesn't pass the gate, it doesn't ship.
We send to your list, track results across owned, earned, and paid channels, and deliver a written attribution report against the agreed campaign window.
After Stage 1 proves the engine on your list, Stage 2 keeps it running every month, so the database never goes cold again and revenue compounds.
Your role is the dormant database and a real offer. Our role is everything else: strategy, production, quality, launch, and reporting.
What Gets Built
Every campaign produces the same complete artifact set, built from scratch for your business, aimed at one number: booked, attributed jobs.
A 5–7 email series that re-engages cold contacts without sounding like a blast. Written in your voice. Each email has a job: remind, offer, urgency, follow-up.
A timed SMS sequence that runs alongside the emails, reaching contacts where open rates are highest. Direct booking link in every message.
A short, direct script and shot direction you can record on your phone in 20 minutes. Personal video converts at 3–5× a standard email blast.
A dedicated campaign page: one offer, one CTA, no distractions. Built on Kinjo's platform with attribution tracking and conversion measurement built in.
Email headers, SMS preview graphics, and social assets, all built around your campaign offer so every touchpoint looks intentional, not cobbled together.
A set of retargeting ads that follows your list across platforms, capturing contacts who opened but didn't book. Budget stays in your control.
Booked jobs from contacts you already owned. That's the only deliverable that matters.

The Founder
I've spent years building campaigns for home service and trade businesses. HVAC owners, roofers, plumbers, restoration contractors. Every single one of them had the same hidden asset sitting unused: a database full of people who already called, already booked, already said yes once.
The frustrating part wasn't that they didn't know about it. They did. The problem was that re-engaging those contacts felt like a project, something to get to later. And later never came. The list kept growing while the revenue it represented kept evaporating.
I started building a repeatable process for it. A structured way to run a reactivation campaign using the same Content Engine methodology I was already running for larger clients. When we tested it on contractor databases, the results were fast and measurable in a way that new-traffic campaigns almost never are.
The Reactivation Engine is that process, done for you. It's not software. It's not a course. It's a done-for-you campaign paid on the results it produces.
If you have the list, we have the engine.
Real Results
No generic praise. Each case follows the same structure: where they were, what changed, what they walked away with.
We had 1,200 past customers and I hadn't emailed them in two years. I kept meaning to but never built the campaign. James's team built the whole thing, three weeks later we had 14 booked jobs directly from that list. That's revenue I'd already written off.
I was skeptical because I'd tried email blasts before and they never worked. The difference was that these actually sounded like they came from me. My customers responded to me personally. First week alone: 8 calls, 6 booked.
Winter was slow and I had no budget for ads. They used my existing list (about 800 old quotes and past customers) and we went from four jobs on the books to seventeen in one month. I didn't write a single email.
Results shown are from real campaigns. Individual results depend on list quality, offer strength, and market conditions.
By the Numbers
Illustrative benchmarks from the reactivation model. Example math: 1,500 contacts × 3% rate × $400 avg ticket ≈ $18,000 recovered.
What You Get
Stage 1 proves the engine on your specific list. Stage 2 keeps it running so the database never goes cold again.
A complete, done-for-you reactivation campaign: all five phases run against your dormant database. Built to produce booked, attributed jobs in the first campaign window.
After Stage 1 proves the engine on your list, Stage 2 keeps it running every month: new offers, seasonal pushes, and ongoing reactivation so the database never goes cold again.
The application takes under 5 minutes. You'll see your qualification score before we discuss anything else.
Risk Reversal
The Reactivation Engine is built on an outcome-aligned model. We don't charge for effort, content, or hours, we're paid on the results the campaign produces. Booked jobs attributed to the campaign window, agreed in writing before we start.
If the campaign doesn't produce at least enough attributed revenue to cover the build cost, we run a second campaign at no additional charge. That's not a marketing promise, it's written into the agreement before we begin.
There's no ad spend waste. There's no new traffic budget. The only asset we're activating is one you already own.
The Stakes
Contacts change numbers. People hire someone else. The window where reactivation is easy (where people still remember your name) closes slowly and quietly.
That math is sitting in your database right now. It doesn't require a new campaign budget, new traffic, or new leads. It requires a system. That's what we built.
"Every contractor deserves to get paid for the work they've already done to build their list. The Reactivation Engine is how that happens."
Questions
Production typically takes 10–14 days from a signed story brief. Once the campaign launches, most clients see first bookings within 7–14 days of the initial send. The full campaign window runs 30 days, after which attribution closes and results are reported. From kickoff to final report: approximately 45–60 days.
The minimum is 500 reachable records, valid email or mobile phone for contacts from your own business. Below that, the performance math doesn't reliably cover production cost. The sweet spot is 1,000+ records. If you're not sure how many you have, the application will walk you through counting them.
A 2–3 year-old list is workable but requires a stronger offer and messaging that acknowledges the time gap. Contacts from 4+ years ago are harder to reactivate and can hurt deliverability. The qualification scorecard scores list recency, if your list is aged, you'll know exactly what that means for your tier before we have a conversation.
Attribution is defined in writing before the campaign launches. A "reactivated job" is a booked, paid job from a contact on the campaign list, booked within the defined campaign window, where first contact was initiated by our campaign. You confirm bookings against the list. We don't rely on pixel tracking alone, the agreement defines it plainly before we start.
Three things: (1) your contact database exported in a clean format with names, emails, and/or mobile numbers; (2) a real offer, a specific promotion or time-limited reason-why that gives cold contacts a reason to respond now; (3) a booking method, whether that's a phone number, online scheduler, or a simple reply-to-book flow. We handle everything else.
The campaign is built on Kinjo's infrastructure as the delivery rail for distribution, tracking, and the landing page. If you're not yet on Kinjo, we can onboard you as part of the campaign setup, it doesn't delay the timeline. Being an existing Kinjo user scores higher on the readiness assessment, but it isn't a hard gate.
We do, that's the "done for you" part of the offer. Our team writes every email, SMS message, and landing page using the story brief you approve in Phase 1. You review everything before it goes live. You don't write a single word unless you want to. The video script is the one exception, you record it on your phone, but we script it and tell you exactly what to say and how to film it.
If the campaign doesn't produce at least enough attributed revenue to cover the build cost, we run a second campaign at no additional charge. The attribution rules that define "didn't produce results" are agreed in writing before we start. We've never had to invoke this on a list that passed all five hard gates at qualification.
Yes. Every campaign runs on a written agreement that covers the campaign scope, attribution definition, re-run guarantee trigger, and data handling. It's straightforward. You'll see the full terms before signing anything. There is no long-term lock-in for Stage 1, it is a single campaign with defined start and end dates.
The application takes under five minutes. It runs through five hard qualification gates (binary pass/fail) and then an eight-dimension strength scorecard that scores your list on a 0–24 scale. You'll immediately receive your score, a breakdown of each dimension, and a tier recommendation. If you qualify, the next step is a brief strategy call to confirm fit and walk through the campaign structure.
One Step
No commitment required. The application takes under 5 minutes and shows you exactly where you stand.
Before we score your list, tell us a little about yourself and your business. Takes under a minute.
These are the non-negotiables. A no on any one routes you to a clear prep plan instead, not a dead end.
Eight dimensions. This tells us how strong your list is and which campaign structure fits your situation best.
Based on your answers, one or more hard requirements need to be in place before the Reactivation Engine can reliably work for you. That doesn't close the door, it gives you a clear starting point.
Once those items are resolved, reapply and run the full assessment. We'll keep your information on file.
